The purchase process is completed with the confirmation of the order by the customer and the repayment of the final value of the product charged:

With shipping costs:

1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order.

2. Applies to all types of payment. (Bank deposit, Bank payment, Cash On Delivery).

3. For orders OVER € 40.00 shipping is FREE for ALL of Greece.

4. Orders are not sent on Saturdays and Sundays, unless you request it, in which case there is an additional charge for which we will inform you on a case by case basis.

1. Domestic services from ELTA Courier

Orders are shipped through Elta courier courier companies.

Shipping costs for the whole Greek Territory amount to € 3.50.

The above charges are subject to any further charge of the courier service in inaccessible areas, for which the consumer will be informed before placing his order, immediately after the indication of the place of delivery.

3. Cash on delivery costs:

All cash on delivery is made either by ELTA Courier, at the point where the customer chooses to have the products delivered, with an additional charge of the total price + € 2.00.

4. Shipping costs without cash on delivery:

In case the customer chooses as the method of payment the Direct Deposit in a Bank or Payment by card, he will be able to complete the purchase process only if he intends to pay the value of the products through direct deposit in the banks that cooperate with the online store www.bookstoys.gr and you can find them on the Payment Methods page.

For orders over 40,00 € Shipping costs are FREE for all of Greece .

5. Immediate collection from the store:

Placing an order in the online store is easy and safe.
If you have decided which products you want, you can get it directly from our store , at no extra charge.

6. Transfer to your place (for Thessaloniki):

In case the place of delivery of the products is in the surrounding areas, such as:

Evosmos, Ampelokipi, Menemeni, Stavroupoli and Polichni, we offer you FREE delivery on orders over € 15.00

The orders we receive on working days until 14:00, for shipments within Thessaloniki in the areas of Evosmos, Kordelio, Stavroupoli, Menemeni, Ampelokipi, Polichni are processed on the same day, thus achieving their delivery within 1-2 days .

The orders we accept on working days until 14:00, for shipments to the rest of Thessaloniki and Greece, are processed on the same day, thus achieving their delivery within 1-4 days.

Orders we accept on Friday after 14:00 and during the weekend, will be sent next Monday to pick them up on Tuesday.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday and throughout the day from 09:00 to 19:00.
